A Typical Day at ABK

A typical day at an ABK camp begins with introductions and student goal-setting. While you drinking your coffee, admiring the views, or getting your gear on, the instructors are organizing the groups according to ability level and goals …..and it's off to class. The daily structure for clinic and camps look like this:

Join a 3, 4 or 5-day camp to go deeper into the specific sport and be part of a community.

The multi-day format allows you to choose which sport and cover more topics related to the different levels:

  • Camps teach all boardsports: windsurfing, wind foil, and wing foil from beginners to experts

  • Opportunity to try out some of the latest and greatest equipment from Duotone

  • Small groups of five people or less with learning catered towards your board sport and level group

  • Multiple career instructors teach the different board sports and levels

  • The multi-day format allows you to get into each sport deeper and cover more topics related to the different levels

  • All groups meet together in the morning, at lunch, and there might even be a group dinner depending on the location

The 1-day clinic format is perfect for beginners, trying a new sport or improving a technique or two.

  • All 1-day clinics are specific windsurfing, wind foil, or wing foil focus from beginners to experts

  • Free demo equipment by Duotone to try out or use during the clinic

  • Registration is restricted to five people or less

  • The entire clinic is taught by ABK Boardsports owner and lead instructor, Andy Brandt

  • The topics/lectures for the day are generally determined by the student's level in the clinic

There are endless things to learn no matter what the wind is at ABK!
